Job Description

Job Title: Brand Designer/Art Director

About Us:

We’re a creative agency specializing in brand identity and strategic design for clients across real estate, hospitality, placemaking, and experience-driven industries. We believe strong brands are built from the ground up—through thoughtful design systems, clear brand architecture, and visual storytelling that resonates across every touchpoint.

We’re looking for a Brand Designer who thrives in identity development, knows how to turn strategy into design systems, and has experience working with clients where space, place, and experience are at the heart of the brand.

Role Overview:

As our Brand Designer, you’ll help shape and evolve brand identities from early concept through final delivery. You’ll work closely with strategy and creative leads to translate positioning into cohesive visual systems—including logos, typography, color, and layout—and build robust brand guidelines and toolkits. You’ll also play a key role in defining brand architecture and hierarchies for multi-faceted businesses and properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept, develop, and refine brand identities including logos, visual systems, and supporting assets
  • Design and produce brand books, style guides, and asset libraries for client teams and partners
  • Collaborate with strategists and creative directors to ensure the visual identity aligns with brand positioning
  • Contribute to brand architecture frameworks and naming systems
  • Work on a range of industries, with a strong focus on real estate, hospitality, and design-driven brands
  • Translate brand systems into foundational collateral (presentations, signage concepts, digital mockups, etc.)
  • Present work clearly and confidently, both internally and to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, especially in hospitality, property, and experiential branding

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of brand design experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong identity design and thoughtful application of brand systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma
  • Experience creating brand books, guidelines, and scalable systems
  • Understanding of brand architecture and how it supports growth and clarity across complex businesses
  • Ability to interpret strategy into design with minimal direction
  • Comfortable collaborating across disciplines and presenting to clients
  • Experience with or interest in real estate, hospitality, architecture, or lifestyle sectors a plus

Bonus Skills:

  • Motion or environmental design experience
  • Familiarity with signage/wayfinding systems
  • Experience with naming, voice/tone, or brand messaging
  • Experience in luxury or high-end branding projects
