About Us:

We’re a growing large format printing company based in Norcross, GA, specializing in custom signage and visual solutions. As we expand our online presence and product lines, we’re looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team in an entry-level role with room to grow.

Role Overview:

As an E-Commerce & Product Development Coordinator , you’ll support our online store, assist with customer service, help brainstorm and launch new products, manage basic ad campaigns, and create simple graphics for marketing. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing e-commerce platforms (Etsy, Shopify, etc.)
• Respond to customer emails and messages with professionalism
• Research trends and competitors to suggest new product ideas
• Help coordinate new product development and production
• Support basic ad campaign setup and tracking (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Create and edit basic graphics using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or design (internships count!)
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (training available)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Interest in design, digital marketing, or product development
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
