Conduent is seeking an experienced **Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst** to assist in testing our new claims processing system and Provider Web Portal. The analyst will be expected to perform various tasks, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), analysis & results, and assisting with the project's Parallel and Pilot Testing phases. **Responsibilities** + Collaborating directly with development and QA teams for operational testing, user efficiency design, and requirements. + Offering live test case scenarios and support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). + Assisting in training and demonstrating product capabilities. + Logging and documenting test case results while reporting outcomes (pass rate, defect identification, or missed requirements). + Safeguarding PHI and confidential information while adhering to all security protocols when working remotely. + Researching billing manuals, design documentation, and reference materials for state-specific implementation testing. + Leading test cases that align with state policy and guidelines. + Training providers on the use of the web portal. **Requirements** + Possess five (5) years of experience in change request tracking processes and release management. + Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Medicaid Analyst or commercial insurance analyst. + Show at least five (5) years of experience in Medicaid claims payment systems. + Demonstrate at least five (5) years of experience in Medicaid policy and CMS mandates governing State Health Care programs. + Have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams. **Preferred** + Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, computer science, or a business-related area. **Flexible Working** At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The approximate compensation for this position is $75-95k per year.
