Lead Product Analyst Overview As a Lead Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the value and viability of products within a product line. This mid-level individual contributor position will be part of empowered, cross-functional product teams who solve customer problems that align with business needs. You can own products of lesser complexity that drive business value. The Product Owner participates in the product's success from vision to execution, collaborating closely with various functions and stakeholders to deliver valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions. Work you'll do/ Key Responsibilities Lead Product Analyst requires in-depth knowledge of SDLC (software development lifecycle) including SAFe Agile development and testing. You will manage the backlog and prioritize refinement, manage ADO (Azure DevOps), and participate in functional testing, documentation, and analysis to identify PBIs/ Impacts and areas for improvement. You will be responsible for managing change requests and applications, understanding their impact on various teams. The ideal candidate will engage with internal customers to comprehend their needs, interpret their requests, and determine how these align with feasible solutions. Vision and Strategy: + Align product objectives with the product line and business goals. Collaboration and Teamwork: + Work closely with cross-functional team members (business, engineering, experience, and delivery) to achieve KPI outcomes. Continuous Improvement: + Promote and drive rapid, emergent, and ongoing learning and adaptation to meet objectives. + Share knowledge and best practices within the product vertical community. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + 5+ years of experience supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles OR 3+ years' experience with an advanced degree. + 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst throughout the product development lifecycle. + 3+ years Experience creating test plans, automated test scripting, and load/ stress testing. + Must be able to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred Qualifications: + Ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences in an understandable and engaging manner. + 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in an enterprise environment. + 3+ years experience with ADO (Azure DevOps) and Cloud integration. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 to $157,200 . You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
