Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
• Educate clients on coping mechanisms, conflict resolution, and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in the state of California.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethics.
