Job Description

We are seeking multiple Pediatric Locum Tenens Physicians for 13-week contracts, with the potential for renewal or permanent hire. These positions are available in Hornell, Albion, and Warsaw, NY , with an urgent need in Hornell .

Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks, with potential extension or permanent placement
• Locations:
• Hornell, NY – Dire need
• Albion, NY – Requires providers with at least a few years of experience
• Warsaw, NY – Open to new grads
• Specialty: Pediatrics ( Internal Medicine or Family Medicine providers may be considered for Albion )
• Schedule: Full-time, including 32 hours of administrative work
• Patient Load: Average of 2.5 patients per hour
• On-Call Coverage:
• Albion location: On-call providers must also cover the Brockport office
• Supervision & Support:
• Hornell & Warsaw: Senior physicians available for training
• Albion: Solo physician role, supported by an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Candidate Requirements:

• Hornell & Warsaw: Open to new graduates
• Albion: Requires a minimum of a few years of experience
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Ability to work independently, especially in Albion
• This position does NOT support J1 or H1B visa sponsorship

Compensation & Next Steps:

• Competitive hourly rates, with flexibility based on experience. Hourly rate is $375.00-425.00
• Candidates will progress through an initial interview and review process before final approval
