Long term Opportunity for Physician Assistant Needed in West Virginia!

Approximately 2 hours from East Lynn!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant with a background in Vascular Surgery for a locum tenens assignment in West Virginia . This position is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a dynamic surgical setting. You’ll join a collaborative team offering essential care in a high-demand vascular practice.

Position Details:

• Start Date: July through December
• Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional need to stay until 5:00 PM
• Schedule: No call, no weekends

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various vascular surgical procedures including, but not limited to, AAA, PAD, carotid artery stenosis, renal artery stenosis, mesenteric artery stenosis, and chronic venous insufficiency.
• Optional: Removal of tunneled catheters.
• Address dialysis access concerns and manage patient care pre- and post-surgery.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Vascular Surgery is required.
• Active P hysician Assistant license in West Virginia is required
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• DEA certification is required.
