This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, hands-on environment that values innovation, safety, and teamwork. **Job Description:** In this role, you'll be involved in welding and cutting metal sheets using a plasma table, working with materials ranging from 1/4" to 1/2" thick. You'll also assist with machine operation, assembly, and general shop support. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform MIG welding (minimum 1 year experience required; trade school graduates welcome) + Cut metal sheets using a plasma table + Assist with setup, maintenance, and operation of machinery and tools + Support the assembly and testing of parts and components + Operate a forklift (training provided) + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Conduct routine maintenance checks and report issues + Help manage inventory and organize raw materials and parts **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + At least 1 year of MIG welding experience + Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail + Good communication skills and a positive attitude + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks + Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods + Basic understanding of machine shop tools and safety protocols **Preferred Skills:** + Experience in a production or general labor environment + Organizational and time-management skills + Team-oriented mindset **Experience Level:** Entry Level **Shift:** Morning / Day Shift **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
