Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care, integrating the latest medical advancements with a collaborative approach. Our supportive and collaborative environment allows providers to enhance their practice and career goals while delivering world-class patient care. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Conduct comprehensive evaluations and medical management of adult and geriatric patients for acute and chronic conditions + Perform new patient assessments, pre-surgical evaluations, well visits, women's health visits, Medicare wellness exams, and sports physicals. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and specialty physicians for optimal patient care. + Order and interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and laboratory studies. + Provide patient education and counseling regarding disease management and preventive care. + Support Mayo Clinic's Employee Health Clinic at both Scottsdale and Phoenix campuses. + Participate in a minimal phone call schedule (triaged by RNs), with additional reimbursement for call coverage. + Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system. _During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps._ **Qualifications** **Nurse Practitioner:** Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP or ANP. **Physician Assistant:** Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. **Additional Qualifications:** + Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required + Minimum of 1 year of outpatient internal medicine or family practice full time work but ideally 2-4 years. + Other specialties with 2+ experience would also be considered. **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. **Benefits Eligible** Yes **Schedule** Full Time **Hours/Pay Period** 80 **Schedule Details** Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm **Weekend Schedule** None **International Assignment** No **Site Description** Just as our reputation has spread beyond our Minnesota roots, so have our locations.
