Job Summary

The Marketing/Administrative Assistant is responsible for helping to develop and promote the i9 Sports brand identity to the community through guerilla & digital tactics. The primary function of this role is to educate potential customers about our programs and to build our membership/registration base.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships & driving brand awareness with local business owners, community members, and schools
  • Executing guerilla marketing strategies including road signs, flyers, and in-person events
  • Executing digital marketing campaigns including advertising and social media
  • Interacting with the public and educating them on the i9 Sports Experience during in-person events
  • Create and disseminate seasonal school flyers
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
  • Assist with Administrative Duties and tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Social Media Marketing/Platforms
  • Basic to Advanced knowledge of Photography/Photo Editing (Canva/Adobe)
  • Basic understanding of marketing and promotions
  • Ability to work off-hours and weekends
