**The Role: People Operations Manager**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **People Operations Manager** to join our team. Reporting to the Director of People, this role will lead onboarding, training programs, and employee enablement strategies to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and ongoing professional development for team members. This is a **full-time, remote position based in the United States.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Own the Onboarding Experience** - Design, implement, and manage an engaging onboarding process that reflects our values and supports employee success.
- **Develop and Optimize Training Programs** - Create and execute structured training initiatives to support both new hire integration and continuous skill development.
- **Training Content Creation** - Design presentations, infographics, and other educational materials to enhance learning and retention using a Learning Management System (LMS).
- **Multilingual Training Ability** - Must develop training content in English; comprehension of Tagalog is preferred.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure a cohesive and effective onboarding and training experience.
- **Track & Analyze Success Metrics** - Monitor engagement, retention, and training effectiveness to refine and improve the overall experience.
**What We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience in onboarding, training, and employee enablement, ideally in a high-growth or multi-state environment.
- Strong understanding of best practices in onboarding, employee development, and compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, and training tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bonus points for experience in healthcare or startups, as well as HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.).

**Compensation**
This is a **full-time** position with an estimated annual salary of **$80,000 - $120,000**, plus an annual bonus and benefits.
