Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Middle & High School PE Coach who will inspire students in grades 6–11 to lead healthy, active lifestyles while developing teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship. This role blends fitness instruction with student mentorship, and includes opportunities to lead school athletic teams and contribute to a well-rounded extracurricular program. The ideal candidate models professionalism, supports student well-being, and thrives in a collaborative school culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive physical education curriculum aligned with national standards, school values and our signature brain optimzation program
• Promote physical literacy, lifelong fitness, and student wellness through engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Conduct regular fitness assessments and track student progress
• Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive learning environment that encourages participation and respect
• Collaborate with faculty on school-wide wellness initiatives and student support
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and athletic participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong classroom management skills and understanding of adolescent development
• Positive role model with experience fostering character and leadership in young people
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
