About the Role
As Production Supervisor, you'll be overseeing syrup, sauce and beverage production functions, with 20 to 40 direct reports. This is key to our success, and so are you! Are coaching and developing employees something you're passionate about? Do you have an eye for process efficiencies and continuous improvement? You'll collaborate with other teams, coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control departments to achieve sustained and improved efficiencies. Pay range and compensation package
The typical hiring range for this role is $78,954 (minimum) to $92,000 (75% range penetration) annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
