Job Description

We are a Social Media Production company that uses our expertise and our platform to create content and develop businesses and products. As we continue to grow and tackle exciting new initiatives, we’re seeking a Project Coordinator and Production Assistant who will play a key role in driving projects forward and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This role’s primary responsibilities includes organizing and managing projects, maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating resources, and communicating efficiently across brands.

The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. They should have experience in project coordination or management, production coordination, demonstrate strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if they have experience working in dynamic industries or managing cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who loves problem-solving, is adept at juggling multiple tasks, and is always ready to jump in and accomplish a task when needed.

Project coordinating responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring alignment with team members' availability and project timelines.
  • Track project progress and maintain updated schedules, identifying and resolving potential delays.
  • Communicate project updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Monitor resource allocation and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the team with but not limited to administrative tasks and requests as needed.

Production responsibilities: 

  • Assist with production tasks like content preparation, ordering props, and set organization
  • Book arrangements for video shoots
  • Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Research and pitch creative ideas for production concepts
  • Research and Manage backend logistics like thumbnails, description box, ads etc.
  • Help coordinate logistics for content creation and special projects
  • Stay flexible and ready to tackle any task that arises

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of project management, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing expectations.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle and workflows.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for YouTube and digital media
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to handle different tasks each day with a positive attitude
  • Excellent creative skills for researching and pitching ideas
