Description Are you passionate about delivering top-tier service in a virtual healthcare setting? We are currently seeking a Remote Patient Service Representative for a dynamic 4-month temp-to-hire opportunity. This Remote Patient Service Representative role offers a competitive pay rate of $19.50 per hour and the flexibility of working remotely within designated U.S. time zones. Position Highlights: + Remote work - must reside in CST, MST, or PST (California, Texas, and Illinois residents not eligible) + Pay: $19.50 per hour + Duration: 4 months with potential for temp-to-hire Responsibilities: + Deliver exceptional service to patients and internal teams in a remote call center environment + Handle a high volume of back-to-back calls efficiently and professionally + Meet performance goals related to satisfaction, quality, and attendance + Use dual monitors to manage data entry, live calls, and various resources + Assist with documentation, claims processing, and insurance benefits + Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive patient data + Provide support for Telehealth and other administrative functions Requirements Requirements: + Must reside in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones (excluding CA, TX, and IL) + Must provide a supervisory reference from one of your most recent roles (within the last two years) + High School Diploma or GED required + Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare field + Minimum 2 years of call center experience + Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of digital multitasking + Private, secure home workspace with a wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) + Comfortable in a fast-paced environment + Must pass a typing test (40+ WPM) and a computer literacy assessment TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
