**Job Title: Support Delivery Manager** **Work Location: 145 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142** **Job Description:** Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Support Delivery Manager. Developing strong partnerships with customer stakeholders, using in-depth knowledge of our delivery/ security products and business processes to meet their needs. Leveraging a data driven approach to build strategic Service Improvement Plans (SIPs), focusing on process improvement and operational efficiency for our customers. Proactively identifying and escalating risks, driving problem prevention, and managing customer escalations via coordination with Support Services, Professional Services, Engineering, and Products teams. Managing key performance metrics and trends to mitigate future risks prior to major customer milestones and influencing adoption of best practices. Influencing product roadmaps and improvements to associate and advocate business benefits through extensive technical expertise across an expanded product portfolio. Serving as a customer advocate to deliver, support, and technically manage Akamai solutions. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States. 15% domestic travel required. [AG1289] \#LI-DNI **Required Qualification:** Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or closely related technical role. Must have: DNS; Cybersecurity issues; Layer 7 networking; troubleshooting media delivery configurations; netstorage, filestore and objectstore environments; and media services improvements. Alternately, employer will accept Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering, plus five (5) of experience in the job offered or closely related technical role. Must have: Three (3) years of experience with the following: DNS; Cybersecurity issues; Layer 7 networking; troubleshooting media delivery configurations; netstorage, filestore and objectstore environments; and media services improvements. **Compensation:** Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $112445 - $193100/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
