Job Description
Host Duties:
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a big smile
• Manage reservations and seating to ensure smooth service
• Communicate wait times and make guests feel at home
• Assist servers and team members as needed
Takeout & To-Go Orders:
• Answer phones and take orders with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Double-check orders for quality and completeness before handing off to guests
• Manage third-party delivery services and coordinate pickups
• Process payments and ensure a smooth transaction
Responsibilities:
• Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure
• Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed
• Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly
• Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries

Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
