Responsibilities:
• Assess the insurance needs of clients in Edinburg, TX, and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to their individual requirements
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings to discuss personalized insurance options
• Oversee policy renewals and make necessary updates to ensure continued alignment with clients' evolving needs
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting clients with claims processing
Qualifications:
• Proven ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, building strong and trustworthy relationships that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for active listening and understanding client needs
• Proficient in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems, enabling efficient data management and workflow organization
• Quick to adapt to new technologies and digital tools, supporting smooth and modernized operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Legally authorized to work in the United States, with valid documentation and open availability for employment
