Job Description:
The role of the Senior Information Technology (IT) Technician is to support multiple IT initiatives focused on Data Management and Artificial Intelligence proof of concepts.
- Assist in gathering and developing metadata for Project Execution datasets to support data cataloging.
- Assist in gathering and documenting data movement from source systems through transformation and consumption to develop a data lineage model.
- Collaborate with the Data Architecture team to ensure that metadata gathered is accurate.
- Review results with Business and IT Stakeholders.
- Document the end-to-end process from metadata gathering through capture into the data catalog and lineage repositories.
- Assist Data Architects as needed to assist with data administration activities.
- Support prompt engineering for AI agents in the proof-of-concept (POC) stage for various business groups.
- Test and refine prompts, documenting results to improve AI agent performance.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure prompts meet project objectives and standards
